Harbour rates for the year commencing April 1st 2011

Note: In this schedule ‘The Harbour' means water included within a line drawn from ‘Castle Point' on the north to ‘Carricknath Point' on the south and a line drawn from ‘Polvarth Point' to ‘Amsterdam Point'. The ‘Inner Harbour' means the water inside a line drawn from the pier head to the Eastern end of ‘The Idle Rocks Hotel'.

PART A          

Rates for tying up, landing passenger, coming alongside the pier or inner harbour:

1.Commercial vessels other than passenger vessels: £26.25 per day or as agreed with the harbour

2.Commercial passenger vessels: Nov-Mar inclusive, £10.50 per visit,-Apr, May, Jun,Oct £15.75 per visit,-July, August & September £21.00 per visit.

3. Private vessels alongside : under 5mtr, £4.00 per hour, 5mtr - 8mtr, £5.00 per hour, Over 8mtr - by arrangement only.

PART B

Outer harbour anchoring and mooring rates:

1. Anchoring: All vessels per 24 hours @ 50p per metre

2. Visitor Moorings: up to 10mtr £15.75 per day , 10 to 12mtr £21.00 per day , 12 to 15mtr £31.50 per day, Over 15mtr by arrangement only

3. Private Moorings: Up to 10mtr £215 per season, 10 to 12mtr £300 per season, 12 to 15mtr £475 per season, over 15mtr by arrangement only

4. Managed Moorings: Up to 10mtr £585 per season, 10 to 12mtr £838 per season, 12 to 15mtr £1335 per season, over 15mtr by arrangement only
